Can I cancel my subscription?+
Yes. All plans are rolling monthly. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice — no fees, no fuss.
What happens if I need to skip a visit?+
Just let us know 48 hours in advance and we'll reschedule at no charge.
Are materials and plants included?+
Labour is always included. Materials (compost, plants, mulch) are quoted separately and you receive a discount based on your plan tier.
Do you work in bad weather?+
We work in all weather except extreme conditions (heavy frost, storms). If we can't make it safely, we'll rebook within 3 days.
How do I pay?+
Plans are billed monthly by card via Stripe. One-off services are invoiced after completion.
